This is the perfect place for your next retreat, family get together, or Notre Dame weekend. Enjoy the serenity of nature with the convenience of location. Located around 20 minutes from Notre Dame, 15 minutes from the best restaurants in the area, and 30-45 minutes from Michigan Wine Country and lakeshore.

The Nest’s 3,600 square feet is ready to accommodate your needs. Sleeping Accommodations Main Floor: Master Bedroom - 1 King Bed - Private bathroom with shower/bath. Nook with 2 chairs and fireplace. Access to wrap around porch. Closet, dresser, and extra bedding. Bedroom #2 - 1 Queen Bed - Closet, dresser, extra bedding. Bathroom located just outside in the hall. Bedroom #3 - 1 Queen Bed - Closet, dresser, extra bedding. Bathroom located just outside in the hall. The couch in the main floor living room comfortably sleeps one with pillows and bedding provided. Lower Level: Bedroom #4 - 1 King Bed. Closet, Dresser, extra bedding. Bathroom located on lower floor. Bedroom #5 - 1 Queen Bed. Dresser, extra bedding. Bathroom located on lower floor. Bedroom #6 - Bunk Bed with 1 Full Bed and 2 Twin Beds. Dresser, extra bedding. Bathroom located on lower floor. The sectional on the lower level can sleep 3 children as is, or can be converted into a bed for 2 adults. Bedding provided. Bathrooms There are 4 bathrooms in the house, each with their own shower, which should make it easy for everyone to get ready. 1 in the Master Bedroom. Shower/Bath. 1 in main hall. Shower/Bath. 1 near dining room/kitchen. Shower. Laundry. 1 in the basement. Shower/Bath. Coffee Bar Enjoy the view with a fresh cup of coffee or tea. Featuring a Keurig as well as an electric kettle, pods and tea bags. Kitchen Over look the backyard and watch the birds at the feeder while you prepare your meals. The kitchen features a stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, island, refrigerator/freezer, and all of the kitchenware essentials you might need. Dining Room A beautiful space to share meals and make memories! If your group needs a central location for meetings or business, the dining room comfortably seats 12. Living Room Gather around and enjoy each other’s company, after dinner drinks, or some football on television. The seating is ample and a perfect place to start the day or unwind at the end of the night. 3 Season Porch Unless it is winter, this is one of the best spots in the house for nature lovers. Overlooking the backyard and pond area, you are sure to see birds, and maybe even some deer or turkey if you are lucky. The porch features a couch, 2 chairs, and a table. Starting your day here is recommended. Downstairs The downstairs area features a large lounging area, complete with sectional, television, and bathroom. There are also two lounge chairs, games, and access to the back yard and patio area. Patio Area The patio features a hot tub, outdoor lounge area with fire top table, a grill, an outdoor dining table, and two umbrellas. This is a nice spot for grilling and enjoying a beautiful evening in the backyard. Fire Pit Perfect for roasting hot dogs or S’Mores. There are 4 built in benches surrounding the fire pit. Wood is provided. She Shed A renovated chicken coop turned a relaxing getaway in the woods. Enjoy a cup of tea while watching the wildlife with 2 lounge areas.

The She Shed is closed during the winter months: November - March. There is no swimming in the pond, no firearm use, no hunting, and no climbing on or touching of the crane by the pond allowed on this property.
